MetroSkope respects the intellectual property rights of others. We aggregate and rewrite publicly available news for commentary, criticism, news reporting, and educational purposes under fair use, with attribution and a link back to the original source.

If you are a rights holder and believe a MetroSkope article infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

Submit a takedown notice

Email dmca@metroskope.in with:

1. Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
3. The exact MetroSkope URL of the infringing material.
4. A statement, in good faith, that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

We review valid DMCA notices within 5 business days and remove or modify content as appropriate. We may notify the original poster and provide them an opportunity to respond.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email with the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat infringers

MetroSkope terminates content sources who repeatedly infringe copyright.
